The Heat and Beat Tower is a unique terrace heater of 2000 Watts with a luxurious design. Firstly, it is possible to play music over the built-in speakers (2 x 3 inch – 3 watt) and subwoofer. All that is needed is a Bluetooth connection with the phone. Secondly, the Heat and Beat has built-in LED lights that enhance the ambiance. The lights and the heat can be controlled through the remote control or with a smartphone. By just downloading the Smart App any smartphone can be used as remote control. The nice thing about the app is that the heat can be adjusted steplessly. Above all, the Carbon light gives off little light, but lovely warmth. The Heat and Beat Tower will definitely create the perfect ambiance on the terrace.

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. For pallet or bulk exports outside this area, please email customerservice@theorchard.ie for a bespoke quote.

On arrival

Please inspect parcels immediately upon delivery and note any damage on the driver’s handheld device.
Retain all packaging until you are satisfied the goods are sound.

Furniture and barbecues are supplied flat-packed / unassembled unless stated otherwise.
Please ensure access is clear; failed deliveries may be charged a redelivery fee on a second attempt.
Our team cannot remove doors, windows or banisters to gain access.

4. Click & Collect (FREE)

Order online, select Celbridge Store Pick-Up, and we will email you when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours. Bring your ready-for-collection email and calid photo ID.

5. Delivery FAQs

Can I choose a Saturday delivery?	Not at present, deliveries are Monday to Friday only.
Can the driver assemble my furniture?	Assembly is not included, but we can recommend local tradespeople, just ask.
What if my item is delayed?	Contact customerservice@theorchard.ie quoting your order number; we’ll investigate and keep you updated.
Do you recycle old furniture?	We do not currently offer a take-back service. Please contact your county recycling centre for disposal options.
