1. Service Area

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. For pallet or bulk exports outside this area, please email customerservice@theorchard.ie for a bespoke quote.

2. Standard Parcel Delivery (items ≤ 30 kg)

*Orders placed before 13:00 dispatch the next working day. Orders after 13:00 or on weekends/bank holidays dispatch the following working day.

On arrival

• Please inspect parcels immediately upon delivery and note any damage on the driver’s handheld device.
• Retain all packaging until you are satisfied the goods are sound.

3. Large & Furniture Deliveries (items > 30 kg / oversized)

***Multi-pallet consignments may incur additional fees; we will confirm before booking.

• Furniture and barbecues are supplied flat-packed / unassembled unless stated otherwise.
• Please ensure access is clear; failed deliveries may be charged a redelivery fee on a second attempt.
• Our team cannot remove doors, windows or banisters to gain access.

4. Click & Collect (FREE)

Order online, select Celbridge Store Pick-Up, and we will email you when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours. Bring your ready-for-collection email and calid photo ID.
